Hetalia OC- Texas (Read Desc.)

Okay, I know there's a BAJILLION OC's surrounding Hetalia, but do I give a crap? No. And I may or may not attempt to color this, which I seriously want to, but SAI's a bi*ahem* an idiot, so I don't know.

So here's Texas. My admin was inspired in her U.S. History class to draw him, since her class was studying the Manifest Destiny (If you don't know what the is, google it), and how America got Texas. She did a doodle of him on the bottom of her worksheet, and she decided not to let him go, so she made his bio. The bio is on a different drawing, but she did make some fun facts about him.

In case you can't read the handwriting...

Here's the Facts
-His real name is Pete...something. You bros come up with a last name.
-He carries a rope, although he never uses it. (Perhaps he never learned how?)
-He's afraid of horses. (Oh, the irony, for he dresses like a cowboy, and he's afraid of horses. I decided that he had a traumatic experience with a horse as a kid, so yeah...)
-His personality tends to change very often. (In other words, he's bipolar. XD)
-He's a wimp, but believes that he's tough. (Take spongebob as an example. Texas also stubbed his toe and cried for only twenty minutes.)
-He tends to act like a child.
-He's very short for his age, about 4"10. (He's 17 years old, so...PFFT~XD)
-He has an embarrassing tattoo on his shoulder and can't afford to get it removed. (You bros can imagine what's on his shoulder.)
-He love cows. (Seriously, he has a strange obsession with them.)
-He has a crush on Louisiana, whom I shall design later, but Louisiana hates his guts. (Just like Lithuania and Belarus. I noticed after my friend pointed it out)

So there you have it, bros. I REALLY want to try to color it, but I don't know if I can shade it. It won't kill to try! :T
